This policy describes how the "Daily Bible Verse - New Tab by His Word" Chrome extension (the "extension"), published by Central Circle, handles information.
The extension does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. It contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
To remember your choices, the extension saves the following in your browser only, using Chrome's built-in extension storage (chrome.storage):
If you have Chrome Sync turned on, Chrome may sync this storage between your own signed-in browsers; that is handled by Google Chrome under your Google account settings, and Central Circle never receives it. If the page is opened outside the extension (for example as a local file), the same information is kept in the browser's localStorage instead.
You can clear this data at any time by removing the extension or clearing the extension's data in Chrome.
All verses, fonts and images are bundled with the extension. The extension makes no network requests. The verse of the day is calculated on your device from the current date.
The new tab page contains a link to the His Word app on the Apple App Store (https://apps.apple.com/app/id6760319909). It opens only if you choose to click it. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the App Store.
